Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be located in the United States, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for building relationships and exceeding sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans, including setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

 

Working Hours:

This role is fully remote with the expectation of working Pacific Coast work hours to align with our business operations and customer base.
