QA Test Engineer

Position Summary:

As a QA Engineer at Vardian, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our connected worker platforms across mobile and web applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute test plans, conduct various testing types, identify software defects, and contribute to creating a seamless user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that empower frontline and field workers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Design and execute test plans for Android, IOS, and web applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Identify and document software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure their resolution.
  • Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Perform compatibility testing across different devices and platforms.
  • Work with Jira and Confluence for test case management and documentation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on testing mobile applications (Android and iOS) and web applications.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Flutter and NodeJS technologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments.
  • Experience with cloud hosting platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test cases using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
