Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a strong understanding of user experience principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive designs that align with brand guidelines and standards.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
• Maintain design consistency and continuity across all digital platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field is preferred.
